Morey, Pope & Company - 7'10" - 1969
One of a kind example of late 60's short board transition model. Verified with Tom Morey to be the same board used in a Surfer, January 1970, advertisement (page 29). The ad proclaimed the virtue of this "Island True" gun and its 11 pound overall weight. This board is a remarkable specimen of Tom Morey's best work in the early short board days. Restoration process included minor ding repair, sanded and finished to blend-in with the total look and feel of the work.
